Do you sell bikes online?
No. Every bike is sold in person, by appointment, from our Stanmore showroom.

Can I reserve a bike online?
No. We don't take online reservations or deposits. Call us if you're interested in a bike.

How do I book a viewing?
Call TH Motors on 07361 774948. WhatsApp and email are welcome as secondary channels (same number for WhatsApp) — but your viewing is only confirmed after we speak by phone.

Do you deliver?
Yes — Nationwide delivery available via professional carrier for a small fee. Call 07361 774948 to confirm the cost to your postcode and arrange a day. Most bikes can be despatched within a few working days of sale.

Are viewings appointment only?
Yes — by appointment only.

Why is the full address not published?
We're appointment-only. The public location is Stanmore, Middlesex; the full address is shared by phone when your viewing is confirmed.

Are bikes HPI checked?
All bikes are HPI checked and clear unless stated.

Is warranty included?
Standard 6-month warranty on all bikes.

Will the bike have MOT?
Sold with a minimum of 6 months remaining MOT.

Can I view stock on Auto Trader?
Yes — our live stock is also listed on Auto Trader. The link is in the header and footer.

Do sold bikes stay visible on the website?
No. Once a bike is sold it's removed from the public TH Motors site.

Do you accept part exchange?
No. TH Motors is a direct-sale showroom — we don't accept part exchanges.
